Description:
The Nimbin Solar Farm is a federally funded project run by the Nimbin Neighbourhood & Information Centre. The Nimbin Community School 7.4 kW Solar System is one of 6 systems installed by Rainbow Power Company in the Nimbin district. The Projects 45 kW of solar panels will produce approximately 65,000 kWh annually. This is enough energy to supply approximately 30 average Nimbin households.
