Description:
This solar electric facility is comprised of three canopies over the crosswalk leading to the main entrance of the Rogue Valley Medford Airport. The array hosts (90) SolarWorld 270 watt PV modules, and (3) SMA 7000 inverters, for a total capacity of 24.3 kW. Built in December, 2013, this PV system is the second at the airport to be funded by a Pacific Power Blue Sky grant.
