This 21.6-kilowatt solar PV system consists of ninety-six multicrystal silicon modules mounted on a flat roof. The racks are ballasted mounting racks and do not require any roof penetrations. The array is configured in two sections of 48 modules each on the east and west sides of the building. The modules are wired in eight series-strings of twelve modules each. The modules are tilted up at a 25-degree angle facing the southern sky.

There are four SMA SunnyBoy SB5000US inverters. The inverters are located inside the building. A solar kilowatt-hour meter and utility disconnect switch are located on the outside of the building.
