The 15 kw system installed at the Mobility management Transportation facility represents a continuation of Sullivan County’s efforts to “Go Green” and continue it’s efforts as outlined in the Green Resolution adopted by the County Legislature in 2007. This solar demonstration project showcases renewable energy and exemplifies healthy building concepts and energy conservation. The system includes six solar panels that provide renewable energy to the building to decrease our consumption of non-renewable energy sources.
