Christmas Charity SOS Village
The Christmas Charity project is a donation of a complete photovoltaic system to the SOS Children Village in Vari, Greece. The photovoltaic system allows the Children Village to benefit from their own produced electricity. Furthermore the children of Vari thereby contribute to a sustainable development of the country. The project represents a unique opportunity for all children to learn about clean and renewable sources of energy.
The project is donated by BPSolar, RSEnergy Hellas Solartechnik, PPC Renewables and SMA Hellas, all companies active in the Greek photovoltaic market.
SOS children is the world's largest orphan and abandoned children charity organization. The project sponsors encourage others to follow this concept of social responsibility and sustainable development.
